The Posh Pescatarian Broadcast Premiere March 28 @9pm!

The month of March has proven to be an exciting one! Not only did I get my kitchen remodeled (more to come later), but my show, The Posh Pescatarian: Appetite for Adventure! will be premiering in the United States on March 29 @9pm on Z Living network!

You may not have heard of Z Living network. It’s a health and fitness channel available in eight countries and is affiliated with Indian conglomerate Zee Entertainment. The channel is currently available on major cable and telcom companies Verizon Fios, DISH and Cablevision, with pending deals with AT&T and Comcast. I heard that they are expecting to be available in 40 million homes and have a viewership of 50 million by the end of the year. Kinda cool!

If you have been following me for the last few years, then you know that The Posh Pescatarian a lifestyle and the TV show serves as an instructional guide of sorts! My mission is to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle, mentally and physically. This means trying new recipes, taking on new challenges and living life to its fullest.

In a recent interview with Z Living I answered a few questions that will give you a bit more insight into who I am and what motivates me.

The full season of shows, 13 in all, will be in rotation. Some of my favorites shows include SCUBA diving in the Sea of Cortez in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and recording an album at California Sound Studios.

Be sure to watch and let me know which show is your favorite.

Hello!!

I’m Stephanie Harris-Uyidi, affectionately known as The Posh Pescatarian. I’m a sustainable seafood enthusiast and love sharing recipes, education, and tips for making incredible pescatarian meals. I am an industry expert and an authoritative voice on the pescatarian lifestyle. When I’m not working on new recipes in my lab (AKA: my kitchen!) I enjoy traveling and learning about people, places and culture through food, ingredients, and cooking techniques. I share some of my experiences on my TV show Appetite for Adventure!
