The Posh Pescatarian: Appetite for Adventure! New Episode

I had so much fun this weekend taping a new episode of The Posh Pescatarian: Appetite for Adventure! We are moving full steam ahead with production and have made great progress. I am eagerly anticipating the MIPCOM conference in October, which will provide more detail on the lucky network that will land my show.

This time around I took an archery lesson in Pasadena, California and made wild smoked salmon wraps for my instructor, Coach Obaka from the Pasadena Roving Archers. I had a great crew and worked with a new stylist, Tiara Nelson (AKA:The Beauty Freek), who gave me a fresh new look. The food and location were outstanding! The smoked salmon was cured with a bit of brown sugar, which complemented the salty, succulent salmon perfectly. Check out a few production stills taken by my lovely assistant, Genna B!
